Orders and payments

Orders to the Khan and the Nest are accepted through our website, through online sites and by phone order. When booking you will be asked to enter your booking details and valid credit card details for security only. No payment will be charged at the time of booking, with the exception of high, When we may ask for a 25% advanced payment, that is refundable in accordance with our cancellation policy.In case of a refund, 5% treatment fee from the advance will be deducted from the refund. Payment for the stay will be made upon arrival at the hotel at check-in. You may pay in cash, check, bank transfer, payment apps and credit cards. A tax-receipt invoice will be issued at the same time. If you are interested in adding more details to the tax-receipt invoice such as a company name, or receiving the invoice under a different name, please indicate this at the time of payment.

Cancellation Policy
Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their arrival time in order to allow for the proper organization of reception and delivery of the room keys.
Check-in time is 3pm. If guests arrive without prior arrangement, we can offer to store their luggage and / or host them in one of the hotel's service complexes. If guests are due to arrive later than 20:00, please inform us of their estimated time of arrival, as this is not a conventional hotel and we do not have a 24 hour reception service. Check-out time is 12:00pm. Delayed departure from the room will incur additional nightly costs. Of course we offer to store the guest luggage after leaving the room from 12:00 until 20:00.

Complaints

In the event of a complaint regarding our booking service, we must be notified in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding the hotel stay must be brought to the attention of the management as soon as possible, during the stay. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you must notify us by mail within 14 days after the departure date.

Disclaimer

Gypsy Hospitality Ltd. and its owners, directors, management and employees will not be liable for any illness, injury or death to people visiting the accommodation or for any other event of any kind related to any guest while they are on the property, nor while traveling to the accommodation. Gypsy Hospitality Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to private property, to the extent that it is caused.

KHAN EIN-KAREM

Prices when booking from the website or booking by phone include: room / guest suite, public areas, breakfast service and all taxes. Booking from online sites or other booking channels may involve additional payments such as VAT. The Roof Room accommodates 2 adults over the age of 16 only. The Mastava room accommodates two adults and a child only. The Duplex Suite accommodates up to 4 guests. The Rock Suite accommodates up to 5 guests.

The minimum stay in Khan Ein Karem is one night. We reserve the right to set a minimum stay in high-season or in any other event that may be decided by the management.

Additional services provided at our guest house and rooms are not included in the price indicated above. Please check the cost of additional services with our staff.

Parking
Khan Ein Karem is located in the heart of the village, in an alley inaccessible to vehicles. Due to the parking shortage around the house, we ask our guests to park their car in a dedicated parking bay at the entrance to Shaul Berkeley Street, a 2-3 minute walk from the house. You can come with your vehicle to the access path of the house in order to unload the luggage and allow access for guests who have difficulty walking. It is not possible to park your car in the parking bay in the parking area used by the villagers. We want to adhere to these rules for the well-being of the locals.

Breakfast is the only meal included in the price of your stay at the hotel.

In cases where Khan guests wish to invite guests who are not staying at the hotel for a shared breakfast, they are kindly requested to coordinate this in advance with the staff, in order to check availability and time. Breakfast for guests not staying at the house comes at an additional cost.

Khan guests are not allowed in the staff areas, including the maintenance area in the house and the luggage storage area. The service complex in the house will be closed daily at 20:00.

All items and objects in the Khan are the property of the house. Guests are not allowed to remove them from the house, even temporarily.
The disappearance of objects and items from the house will be charged to your Visa card for its value.

If you are interested in ordering the entire Khan for an event or family / social conference, please contact us so that we can offer you special conditions and rates.

Animals are not allowed in the entire area of ​​the house.

Smoking in the house and in the rooms is strictly forbidden. Smoking is allowed in the private outdoor areas of the rooms and on the public roof.

Use of the house and its facilities is limited to the number of guests indicated in the reservation. Additional guests are not allowed on the premises without the prior approval of the management.

Although we do not charge or require deposit fees from our guests, guests have a responsibility to return their room in the same way they received it upon entering. If damage is caused during the stay, it must be reported to the staff.

Guests who do not meet the conditions and procedures listed above may be subject to an additional charge for the price of their confirmed booking.

Do not take photos or videos for advertising, marketing or any commercial purpose without the written permission of the hotel management. Photography and / or commercial use require prior coordination and management approval.

THE NEST- VACATION HOME

Prices when ordering from the website or by phone include: the holiday home, the garden that surrounds it, breakfast service (which will be provided in the Khan Ein Karem dining room), and all taxes.

The Nest holiday home can accommodate up to 6 guests only. Making an order from online sites or other order channels may involve additional payments such as VAT.

The minimum stay in the Nest holiday home is 1 night.

Parking
The Nest holiday home is located in the heart of the village in an alley that is not accessible by vehicles. To access parking near the house, enter the GPS app in which you use the address: Ein Karem 4, Jerusalem. Parking is public and free of charge.

Breakfast is the only meal included in the price of your stay at the hotel. Breakfast for the guests at the Nest Vacation home, will be served from 08: 00-10: 00 in the nearby Khan Ein Karem dining room. Breakfast can be had in the vacation home itself. The service involves an additional fee. For details and coordination, please contact the staff.
